Never Taken Barre Before?
Good. Most of our clients hadn't either. Here's the whole first visit, start to finish, so nothing about it is a surprise.
What to expect
Seven steps, no pop quiz.
- 01Arrive 10–15 minutes early so you're not rushing.
- 02Meet your instructor and tell them anything they should know.
- 03Complete your health and fitness readiness screening.
- 04Learn the basic barre positions before we use them.
- 05Receive modifications for anything that doesn't feel right.
- 06Work at an intensity that suits you today, not a benchmark.
- 07Leave feeling accomplished — not defeated.

Come as you are
