Never Taken Barre Before?

Good. Most of our clients hadn't either. Here's the whole first visit, start to finish, so nothing about it is a surprise.

What to expect

Seven steps, no pop quiz.

  1. 01Arrive 10–15 minutes early so you're not rushing.
  2. 02Meet your instructor and tell them anything they should know.
  3. 03Complete your health and fitness readiness screening.
  4. 04Learn the basic barre positions before we use them.
  5. 05Receive modifications for anything that doesn't feel right.
  6. 06Work at an intensity that suits you today, not a benchmark.
  7. 07Leave feeling accomplished — not defeated.
